Where is the focus of your business?
My focus is Minneapolis residential real estate specializing exclusively in the condo and loft market. Neighborhoods I understand intimately include, Lakes Area, Uptown, Loring Park, NE Mpls, Mill District, North Loop, Central Business District and St. Anthony Main.
How long have you been in the business?
I am entering into my 10th year in the real estate business. I incorporated my business and enrolled in college all in the same week back in 2001. My business began in the real estate investment world, working with investors to buy, fix up, and sell residential real estate. I always had an interest in downtown living, instead of a dorm room I opted to live in a high rise downtown while attending the University of Minnesota. I enjoyed the lifestyle so much, I decided that I wanted to become an agent with a sole focus of the Minneapolis market. Since I made the switch I have sold numerous condo and loft developments throughout the city, worked with individual buyers and sellers. I still love every second of it.

Simple; I focus, focus, focus! I specifically work with buyers and sellers looking to move in or out of Minneapolis. It is very important to me that I sell homes and represent buyers where I live. Living in the heart of the North loop along the riverfront allows me to articulate the area as an expert agent, and a neighbor.
